What happens next?
1. Age blocking and event times released 4 weeks prior to the event. Tickets will also be available around this time.
2. The program will be released within approximately 3 weeks before the event.
3. Music uploads are handled by On Stage Media, information on how to upload music will be sent by them via email approximately 1 week before the event. Keep an eye on your inbox, and spam folder to ensure you don't miss uploading your music.

Everything you need to stay on track in the lead-up to competition day. Dates marked "approx." are guides and may shift slightly — keep an eye on your email and our website for confirmation.
Entries Open
Online entries open for the Canberra Troupes event. Studios can begin submitting their sections.
Entries Close
Final cut-off for all troupe entries. Make sure every section is submitted before this date.
Age Blocking, Event Times & Tickets
Indicative age blocking and running times released to give studio owners an early idea of when they’ll be required. Spectator tickets become available around this time.
Program Released
The full event program is published, confirming the final running order for the day.
Music Upload Instructions
On Stage Media will email instructions on how to upload your music. Watch your inbox and spam folder so you don’t miss it.
