How I Can Help

Counselling

A safe, confidential space to talk through what's weighing on you, from stress and anxiety to relationships, change or loss.

Mentoring

Guidance for educators and studio leaders from someone who has worked in classrooms, studios and boardrooms for more than 25 years.

Coaching

Practical, goal-focused sessions for building confidence, clarity and direction.

Sessions are available in person in Canberra or online, so you can access support wherever you are.

Meet your Counsellor

I'm Renee Mandanici-Baldwin. I hold a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from the Institute of Applied Psychology, and I've spent my career in dance education as a teacher, studio director and mentor.

I started Evolve after watching young people, including my own children, struggle during COVID. I wanted to offer support from someone who truly understands the world they live in.

Everything you share in a session is confidential, within the limits of the law and my professional obligations. Evolve operates separately from my other work in dance.

Sessions for under 16s require the involvement of a parent or guardian.
