Our classes are targeted at adults and therefore focus on keeping the body moving amongst the business of life. Our programs are tailored to foster the varying abilities of our members and aim to build strength and confidence for individuals whilst connecting with the group. Classes are offered at varying times throughout the week and align with ACT school terms (classes run for roughly 10 weeks, 4 times a year).
